Darbo aprašymas

• You take care of applications for professionals in the E+W sector;
• You proactively bring available professionals to the attention of the right clients;
• You recruit new clients (by telephone) and maintain the relationship with existing clients;
• In your own workshop you check (selection process) whether the professionals understand their profession;
• You coordinate with your colleagues from Facilities and Finance for housing and transport;
• You ensure sufficient occupation on the construction site and make adjustments if necessary;
• With your sense of commerce you know how to bind your clients to you for new assignments;
• You visit the construction site to keep in touch with the craftsmen, your clients and the project;
• In busy times you help out in the team of recruiters.

Ko mes tikimės iš jūsų

• Healthy work ethic and not easy to catch;
• Work experience in a dynamic position in which there is a lot of switching between parties;
• Commercial and result-oriented;
• Good command of the Dutch and English language, verbally and in writing;
• Affinity with the E&W sector;
