The Role

We're looking for a Senior Business Development Manager who thrives on opening markets and making partnerships happen. You connect dots across cultures and sectors-turning opportunities with airports, leisure operators, developers, and investors into strategic, long-term wins. One week you're shaping the narrative for a new entertainment destination; the next you're mapping partners and pathways for concept development in the MENA region.

What You'll Do

• Go sector-deep: Build a sharp view of airports and leisure-players, pipelines, and where F&B can move the needle.
• Originate & convert: Identify, shape, and close new business across F&B, hospitality, placemaking, and mixed-use.
• Grow relationships: Earn trust with C-level decision makers and visionary clients; stay close from first coffee to signed deal.
• Build our brand: Secure speaking slots, craft thought leadership, and position Conceptional as the go-to F&B consultancy.
• Pitch with impact: Lead proposals that are crisp, insight-led, and commercially compelling.
• See around corners: Track global F&B, leisure, and sustainability trends-and translate them into opportunities.
• Negotiate smart: Structure partnerships that create value for clients and for Conceptional.

What You Bring

• Proven hunter mindset: You spot opportunities others miss-and you act.
• International experience: 5+ years in business development with cross-border scope.
• Sector fluency: Background in F&B, leisure, hospitality, or related ecosystems is a strong plus.
• Language strength: Fluent, persuasive communicator in English and Dutch (written & spoken).
• Cultural curiosity: You travel well, read markets fast, and love new contexts.
• Story + substance: You sell a vision-and back it with numbers, insight, and a clear path to value.
• Mobility: Open to regular international travel (≈20-30%).
