A seamless online experience is essential for customer satisfaction, and at REV'IT! we constantly strive to improve every digital touchpoint. As an E-commerce Intern, you will play a key role in analyzing and optimizing our return process in order to gain insights to improve our support experience for our customers. Your work will directly contribute to enhancing the user experience on our website and ensuring that our online shop reflects the quality and innovation that define our brand.

Your tasks will include:

• Mapping and analyzing the current return process for our direct-to-consumer channel.
• Understanding and reporting key return- and contact reasons for customers after purchase.
• Optimizing the return process journey based on data insights.
• Processing customer feedback to enhance website usability and information availability.
• Advising and testing potential improvements to reduce our return rates on key categories.
• Keeping up with industry trends and introducing fresh ideas.
• Ensuring our online shop reflects the same perfection and passion as our products.

This internship is full-time (40 hours per week). You will report to the E-commerce Manager.

• Experience or familiarity with return process/post purchase within the support journey.
