From management to growth

As Assistant Restaurant Manager, you'll be the Restaurant Manager's right-hand man. Together, you'll ensure the restaurant runs smoothly every day. You'll lead the team, motivate colleagues, and foster a working atmosphere where everyone excels. From a perfect Big Mac to a smile at the cash register, you'll make sure everything runs smoothly.

In this role, you'll be a leader not only on the floor but also behind the scenes. You'll contribute to annual plans, keep a close eye on the figures, and ensure everything is operational and financially sound. And when the Restaurant Manager isn't available, you'll effortlessly take over.
