Your AVenture® as Head of Project Management

In addition to the trust of wonderful clients, strong execution is of course essential. Our Project Management team plays an important central role in this. As Head of Project Management, you will lead a team of 24 project managers with diverse expertise. From technical to creative, and from junior to senior. A diverse club of people who work with enormous passion on impactful client projects. These projects range from retail rollouts to experience projects. You ensure that the team thrives and that everyone is in their place. You monitor structure and progress resulting in operational excellence. Project management is at the heart of our organization. You are part of the Daily Operations team where you work closely with the people responsible for Sales, Solution Design & Integration and Planning.

What you will do:

• Inspiring leadership of a multidisciplinary team of project managers.
• Coaches, challenges and helps team members grow, both substantively and personally.
• Bears ultimate responsibility for the quality, turnaround time and budget of all client projects.
• Turn strategic goals into clear and executable plans.
• Brings "operational excellence" to a new level with the team.
• Ensures optimal collaboration with connected teams such as Sales, Solution Design & Integration and Planning to collectively provide our customers with an excellent first impression and an excellent experience during the execution phase.
• Helps build internationalization of our company.

It's all about (your)experience

What you bring:

• You have demonstrable experience within the audiovisual sector, retail rollouts or a similar technical project environment; this background is not a plus but a requirement
• You have several years of experience in a leadership role within project management, for example as PMO Manager, Head of PMO or manager of project managers
• You have demonstrable experience within an environment with large-scale retail rollouts (stores, branches, franchise formulas) and/or audiovisual projects
• You have worked in complex multi-project environments and have experience with scalable roll-outs, portfolio and capacity management and process optimization
• You are first and foremost a manager and leader, with a solid foundation in project management
• You communicate persuasively and effectively at the management and board level
