Your role

  • You advise and litigate in complex labor law and participation cases: reorganizations, (collective) dismissals, works council processes, harmonizations, collective labor agreements, and governance.
  • You help employers become future-proof: legally solid, people-oriented, and sustainable.
  • You develop scalable propositions, training programs for HR and management, and toolkits for sustainable employment relationships.
  • You build and lead a team, mentor juniors/mediors, and contribute to the strategic direction of the office.

Who you are

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience as an employment lawyer, with demonstrable experience in employee participation and not afraid to litigate if necessary.
  • Experience at a large or specialized firm, and now a desire for more control and less political fuss.
  • Strong in combining legal depth with pragmatic advice in clear language.
  • Interest in topics such as sustainability, good employment practices, and the role of labor in the new economy.
  • You have clear ideas about the future of labor law and employee participation and want to take the lead in it.
  • You want to be visible: as a trusted advisor, speaker, author, or trainer, and already have (partially) your own practice.
  • You possess the 'LEAN DNA'.
  • You speak and write fluently in Dutch and English and are able to attract clients and build a practice.
