At Bewegin ( https://bewegin.nl/ ), we're looking for a Talent Recruiter : a challenging starter role with responsibility, social impact, and plenty of room to grow. Perfect for graduates from the Faculty of Social Sciences who want to work at the intersection of people, organisations, and development.

What is Bewegin?

Bewegin is a traineeship for ambitious starters who are taking their very first steps on the labour market. We help young professionals discover who they are, what they're good at, and where they want to grow, while gaining real work experience at meaningful organisations. Through a combination of learning, coaching, and hands-on assignments, our talents develop both professionally and personally. As a Talent Recruiter, you play a key role in guiding starters at the very beginning of this journey.

Your mission

As a Junior Talent Recruiter, you are one of the first faces people associate with Bewegin. You are our ambassador - on campus, on the labour market, during interviews, and at events. Everywhere you go, you bring our mission to life: Unlocking potential!

You help ambitious starters find their place at Bewegin and guide them through the recruitment journey with clarity, enthusiasm, and care. Internally, you stay closely connected to the talents in our programme and make sure they feel seen, supported, and at home.

You'll be part of our young, ambitiuous and energetic team and work closely with the recruitment team lead.

What you'll do

This role combines recruitment, eventmanagement, and community building . Never a dull moment, and that's exactly what makes it fun.

• Build and maintain a strong network of students and young professionals
• Ensure a continuous inflow of new talent for our open positions
• Guide candidates through the recruitment process and keep them engaged and informed
• Create a warm, smooth onboarding experience for every new colleague
• Execute recruitment activities, like in-house days or workshops
• Organize internal events
• Be a connector between candidates, colleagues, and the wider Bewegin community

Is this you?

This role is ideal for ambitious starters with 0-3 years of work experience .

• You love working with people and are genuinely interested in their stories
• You bring energy, enthusiasm, and a positive mindset
• You work in a structured way but stay flexible when plans change
• You're independent, proactive, and not afraid to take responsibility
• You have an affinity with HR, recruitment, or organisational development
• You are ready to kick off your career and want to develop you professional skills
