Manager Procurement - Full Time - Lomm, Netherlands

Join our Sulzer Turbo Services team, part of Sulzer Services, which is one of the world's most advanced independent providers of repair, overhaul, and maintenance within the turbine industry. From Venlo (Lomm) or on site, we provide our customers worldwide with solid, customer-oriented, and flexible support for their Compressors, Steam and Gas Turbines. In this role you will be accountable for:

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business objectives

• Manage supplier relationships and ensure cost-effective purchasing

• Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement needs and ensure timely delivery

• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field

• 5+ years of proven experience in procurement management, preferably in a technical or industrial environment

• Strong negotiation and communication skills

• Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions

• Familiarity with procurement software and tools (ERP Systems and Excel)

• A Nevi 1 and 2 or CIPS 3 training is a pre

Location:

We are based in Lomm (close to Venlo), which is a great place to live.
