For a modern food production site in en Breugel, we are looking for a Minced Meat Line Operator who ensures smooth production and guarantees that products always meet the highest quality standards.

What will you do?

As a Minced Meat Line Operator, you are responsible for your production line in a cold production environment. Your tasks include:

• Operating, setting up, converting, and cleaning the minced meat line

• Independently solving minor machine malfunctions

• Executing the production schedule and recording production data

• Monitoring quality, order, cleanliness, and food safety (HACCP)

• Instructing and guiding colleagues on the line

• Complying with occupational health and company regulations

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a candidate with proven production experience. You also have:

• Proven experience as a food production operator (preferably in a minced meat line or similar)

• Technical insight and experience with production equipment

• Knowledge of HACCP and food safety or willingness to learn quickly

• Good command of Dutch or English

• Critical and solution-oriented attitude

• Availability for 2-shift work (06:30-14:30 & 14:30-22:30, Monday to Saturday)

• Salary between €2,857 and €3,566 gross per month (based on 38 hours, depending on experience)
