We set the bar very high, as our mission as UMAMI by Han restaurants is to offer the best Modern Chinese cuisine in the Netherlands. It is a place where classic Chinese cooking techniques are combined with a Western twist-from steaming to blending different flavors into beautiful creations. What will you do?

• Independently preparing dishes according to our menu.
• Ensuring compliance with hygiene standards (HACCP).
• Working together with a passionate team.
• Managing and checking inventory and orders.
• Supervising kitchen assistants .

Who are we looking for?

• Je kunt goed zelfstandig werken, maar functioneert ook in teamverband.
• You are passionate, creative, and have an eye for detail.
• You are flexible and able to perform well under pressure, even during busy moments.
• You have a good understanding of hygiene regulations and food safety.
• MBO Level 3 (or equivalent vocational education).
