As an Instructional Designer, you apply your Learning & Development experience to teach our colleagues and partners to understand and work with our software. You help them to learn everything about the Exact products so they can perform their job well. You'll design, improve, and maintain learning initiatives that help our people excel in their roles and contribute to departmental goals.

As an instructional Designer, you'll be designing learning experiences for our colleagues and partners. You investigate the specific needs of each target audience and create suitable solutions for all. You make the most out of the wide variety of existing resources, create new content when needed and focus on making an impact on business results. And that's not all. We can rely on you as an Instructional Designer to:

• Design product learning resources and training programs.

• Identify and analyse learning needs across departments.

• Develop tailored learning solutions to meet those needs.

• Evaluate and improve the effectiveness of our learning offerings.

• Promote knowledge sharing and continuous learning.

You'll be part of the international and diverse Product Learning & Enablement (PL&E) team. Our team consists of passionate professionals including writers, instructional designers, translators, product owners, and learning specialists. You'll work closely with two dedicated colleagues who share your drive to empower others through learning. Together, you'll identify product knowledge needs and craft meaningful solutions that help teams thrive. • a gross monthly salary ranging from € 3200 up to € 4200;

• a holiday allowance of 8%;

• a thirteenth-month bonus;

• reimbursement of travel expenses/ working from home allowance.
