WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

You'll be the voice behind our fashion brands, helping customers across Europe with their questions, concerns, and shopping experience, always in a way that's personal, helpful, and on-brand.

• Support customers via chat, WhatsApp, email, and phone
• Handle orders, refunds, claims, and spot any suspicious activity
• Use internal systems to investigate and resolve customer inquiries
• Work closely with colleagues across teams to ensure smooth resolutions
• Translate support messages where needed (Norwegian ↔ English)
• Join meetings and training sessions to keep your skills sharp
• Speak up when you see a better way to do something, we're all ears

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

You're naturally helpful and solution-oriented. You enjoy working with people, learning new tools, and staying calm when things get busy. We'd love to hear from you if you:

• Speak Norwegian and English fluently it's a must (other language is a plus)
• Are confident in written and spoken communication
• Are curious, positive, and ready to take ownership of your work
• Have experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or just love helping people
• Are an avid online shopper who understands what good service looks like
