The Opportunity

In this role, you'll nurture long-term customer relationships, oversee contract agreements, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. You'll apply your account management expertise to identify new opportunities, analyze performance, and support the growth of your accounts in alignment with sales and revenue goals.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders across your accounts.
• Monitor contract agreements and ensure smooth execution of all deliverables.
• Analyze account performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions for clients.
• Contribute to achieving sales and revenue targets through strategic account development.

What We're Looking For

• 2-5 years of experience in account management; e-commerce and/or agency experience is preferred.
• A proactive, independent professional with strong account management capabilities.
• Someone who brings structure and clarity to complex challenges.
• A team player who shares knowledge and supports colleagues.
• A strategic thinker who continually looks for ways to improve processes and outcomes.
• Up-to-date expertise in customer success and digital solutions.
• Fluency in both Dutch and English.

Please note: Dutch fluency is mandatory.
