Description

• Maintain day-to-day bookkeeping and financial administration
• Process accounts payable and receivable
• Prepare invoices, expense reports, and bank reconciliations
• Assist with monthly and annual closings
• Support budgeting and cash flow management
• Prepare financial reports for management
• Liaise with external accountants and auditors
• Handle VAT/tax-related documentation where applicable

Profile

• Strong understanding of accounting principles gained by working experience or good internships
• 40 hours per week available
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working independently in a creative, project-based environment
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken), Dutch is good to have
• Affinity with the entertainment or creative industry is a strong plus
