Innovation Marketing Manager Campina

• Minimum of 8 years in B2C FMCG marketing experience. With a strong focus on conceptual marketing (innovation, brand development) and financial management.
• Exceptional analytical skills to identify, prioritize, and present business opportunities based on consumer and market insights.
• Proven track record in organizational and project management, with experience in senior stakeholder management.
• Proactive and always looking for new opportunities to drive change.
• Strong collaboration skills to thrive in a multi-disciplinary matrix organization.
• Decisive, persuasive, and an effective communicator who balances voicing opinions with active listening.
• Fluent in English and Dutch (written and spoken). French is an advantage.
• MSc degree, preferably in a relevant field.
• Based in Netherlands but connecting with and regularly present in Belgium and Wageningen R&D center

This role is part of the Campina Benelux marketing team, sitting in Business Group Consumer Dairy Europe. The Innovation Marketing Manager reports to the Campina Director, jointly with marketing experts in innovation and physical and mental availability.
