For a large IT company in Utrecht, I am currently looking for a Sales Support specialist who speaks English and Italian on a professional working level. Are you available per 1st of February 2026 and would you like to work in an International environment, in a renowned IT company? The role is for 32 to 40 hours per week, with the possibility to work from home 1 to 2 days per week. Are you interested and available? Please reply!

Our client is all about being connected. They are a large IT Infrastructure company, with offices all over the world. They are currently looking for an addition to their Sales Support team, which consist of people of all ages and all backgrounds, from all over the world. In this role you can work both from home and from the office, they maintain a flexible approach. The vibe is professional yet informal, and you will immediately feel at home in the team, since the colleagues are very welcoming. You will be working for English- and Italian speaking clients all over Europe and the Middle East.

Omschrijving

  • Keep and maintain consistent and accurate records in the database following customer contact
  • Handle all general and order specific customer enquiries within the account base ensuring accuracy and orders shipped on time.
  • Liaising with EMEA Operation team to ensure accurate lead times and delivery schedules are communicated to customers.
  • Maintain a high level of inter departmental and customer / supplier communication.
  • Provide administrative support to Sales team as required
  • Backlog control, solve logistics issues & queries
  • Any other function as deemed necessary by the Management Team

Profiel van kandidaat

  • Living in the area of Utrecht
  • Fluent in English and Italian
  • Experience in a commercial, customer care, front office, support or IT role
  • Available for 32 to 40 hours from February onwards
  • You are: communicative, think in solutions, commercial and proactive

Aanbod

You will initially get a half year contract. Furthermore, you will work in an International working environment in an interesting business, and you will grow your commercial and communcation skills further. The salary package is competitive, you get pension from day 1 and full travel reimbursement.
