Are you technically skilled, structured, and do you thrive in a dynamic production environment? For a leading company in the food industry located in Son en Breugel, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Operator to join the production team. Together with your colleagues, you'll keep over 30 production lines running smoothly while maintaining high quality standards.

What will you do?

As an Operator, you'll be in charge of your own production line. You'll guide your team members on the line, ensure the machines are operating correctly, and resolve small issues independently. You are responsible for keeping the line running - efficiently, safely, and according to plan.

Your key tasks include:

• Setting up, operating, (occasionally) adjusting, and cleaning machinery

• Independently solving minor technical faults

• Executing the daily production plan

• Monitoring and recording production data

• Keeping the work area clean and organized

• Following all company, quality, and safety guidelines

The night shift team takes care of deep cleaning the machines, so your shift starts with a clean setup.

The production site in Son en Breugel is equipped with over 30 advanced production lines, where efficiency, collaboration, and quality are top priorities.

Vereisten

What do you bring?

• Knowledge of food safety (HACCP), machinery, and record keeping - or willingness to learn quickly

• Good technical insight

• You speak Dutch or are willing to learn it quickly (if so, fluent English is required)

• A critical mindset with a focus on solutions and improvements

• Availability for at least 3 days per week (Monday to Saturday)

• Willingness to work in a 2-shift schedule: 06:30 - 14:30 or 14:30 - 22:30

What can you expect?

• Gross monthly salary between €2,201 and €2,778.50 (based on 38 hours, excluding bonuses)

• 15% shift allowance and a 3.4% production bonus
