Prodrive Technologies offers a wide spectrum of solutions in power conversion. The capabilities required for custom and challenging designs, ranging from die-attach and magnetics to injection molding, are present in-house. This enables us to design and manufacture products optimized to your needs, e.g. if you require high availability / uptime in tough environments, high power densities in non-standard form factors, or very low noise and low drift levels. Of course, standard designs are available for a lot of applications as well.

This approach guarantees long lifecycles, seamless interoperability of all components, and perfect integration with our customers' systems.

About the role:

You are the central figure driving the success of multidisciplinary projects for the Series production phase of our highly technical products. You'll take full responsibility for planning, execution, and delivery-while ensuring alignment between internal teams, external partners, and customer expectations.

You'll be working closely with engineering, manufacturing, procurement, and quality departments-coordinating all activities to deliver high-quality Power Conversion solutions that meet demanding requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a product team owning a product group for a specific customer
• Manage project timelines, resources, risks, and budgets across multiple disciplines
• Secure solid QLTC performance with your product team towards your customer
• Maintain strong communication with internal stakeholders and external customers
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including hardware and software engineers, designers, and quality assurance specialists
• Drive continuous improvement

Profile

• BSc, BEng, or MSc in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic, Industrial Engineering, or Physics

• Experienced in leading functional teams while fostering a culture of accountability, continuous learning and operational efficiency

• 3+ years project/product management experience across full lifecycle (initiation to closure)

• Understanding systems that combine hardware and software

• Familiar with the technical aspects of product development

• Experience with stage gating processes and gate reviews

• You make bold, confident decisions that move things forward with clarity and momentum

• You actively create meaningful connections, building trust and collaboration that help everyone succeed

• You stay grounded, focusing on what truly works and turning ideas into practical, impactful results
