Summary

As a project QHSE engineer you will be part of the team that is on site on one of our offshore projects worldwide, responsible for the maintenance and control of QHSE-S practices both on site and in the office, as well as inspecting all activities and equipment to reassure proper operation and implementation of procedures.

• Advise the workforce regarding QHSE-S matters and organize trainings, inductions and toolbox meetings.
• Execute audits and inspections to ensure the effectiveness of QHSE-S programs.
• Give recommendations for improvement and reassure follow-up of their implementation.
• Identify and evaluate QHSE-S risks.
• Collect data and prepare reports.
• Escalate and communicate important QHSE-S issues and improvement initiatives to the QHSE department.

• You hold a relevant higher degree (bachelor or master).
• You are interested in developing a career in the field of QHSE.
• You organize your work in an efficient and systematic way.
• You are a team player, proactive and have a sense of initiative.
• You speak and write English fluently. Knowledge of other languages is an asset.
• You are prepared to work abroad for shorter or longer periods of time in a rotational working schedule.

As a Tender Package Manager lead you will lead the strategic procurement and tender process for offshore foundation packages within complex EPCI projects. The role includes developing sourcing strategies, managing a team of Procurement Engineers, conducting high-level supplier negotiations, and evaluating tenders on technical, commercial and contractual aspects. As an IoT Network & Cybersecurity Engineer, you will step into a dynamic environment where operational technology, connectivity and security come together. As a Commercial Manager or Tender Manager, you will be responsible for analyzing international tenders and commercial opportunities and managing corresponding project proposals for complex offshore works. Under your leadership, your team shall analyze the project scope, and develop the engineering, the planning and the pricing.

As central point of contact you will establish strong relationships with (potential) clients during the whole process. You will lead and manage a tender team through application of our tender and acquisition processes; you will motivate and empower your tender team members from the various DEME Offshore specialists support departments, such as Engineering, Legal, Insurance, Finance, Project Controls. Through facilitating excellent team communication and efficiency, you will support ownership and maximize innovation, targeting a high-quality tender submission and contract. Finally, you and the tender sponsor will take the lead in tender clarifications and negotiations with clients after the submission of the tenders.

This position is based at our DEME Offshore Office in Breda, The Netherlands.

As a Junior Accountant in our office in Italy, you will play a key role in the financial process. You'll be responsible for performing clerical duties and bookkeeping tasks to support financial operations under the supervision of the Finance Manager reporting to head of the Finance in Italy.
