When is this role on your mind?

As a Front Office Assistant, you are the first point of contact for our customers and the business card of our company. You support both customers and our sales team and ensure that every request - from offers to orders - is handled smoothly and professionally. Thanks to your service-oriented attitude, customers feel in good hands, and with your accuracy and commercial focus you contribute to a smooth customer experience!

Do you recognise yourself in this?

• You have a customer-oriented and commercial attitude
• You are communicatively strong and fluent in Dutch (German & English is desirable )
• You work accurately and in a structured way
• You are comfortable with computers and learn new systems quickly
• You are proactive, solution-oriented and can work well independently

What will you do?

• Answering customer queries (by phone and e-mail)
• Processing quotations, orders and demo requests
• Supporting the sales team and thinking along in solutions
• Administrative processing in our ERP system (Exact Online)
• Relationship management: welcoming new customers and maintaining existing customers well
