Is putting machines in motion and keeping them in motion your passion? Then this feature is definitely for you. You get started with the electrical and control technical side of our machines. You do this both from the office and on location at our customers. Do you like this varied job? Then we would like to get in touch with you!

Your challenge as a Service Engineer Controls

As a Field Service Engineer Controls you are mainly concerned with the electrical and control technical side of our machines. Think of: PLCs, servo controls, Profinet connections and frequency inverters. At our office in Malden you focus on programming the software and preparing the (service) projects at the customer. For example, it may concern the commissioning of complex machines or the conversion of machines where adjustments must be made in the software. You then continue working on this at the customer's location. You will work at various customer locations in the Netherlands and Europe, occasionally outside, but always in a safe country. The periods that you work on location at the customer differ, but usually last from 4 to 5 days to a maximum of 2 weeks. When you are in Malden, you also work partly on our technical helpdesk. Here you support our customers remotely in the field of controls.

Who are we?

Job requirements

Your background as a Service Engineer Controls

• MBO/HBO working and thinking level;

• Knowledge of PLC controls (Siemens TIA Portal, Allen Bradley studio 5000), frequency inverters and servo drives, preferably gained in machine construction;

• A flexible and customer-oriented attitude;

• The willingness to participate in consignment services (telephone accessibility 1x per approximately 8 weeks);

• Good command of the Dutch and English language, German is an advantage.
