Are you a structured multitasker who gets energy from working together and organising things well? At Flikweert Vision, we are looking for a Sales Support Employee who keeps our commercial processes running smoothly and contributes to our international growth.

About the job

At Flikweert Vision, we are in full swing. As a specialist in optical sorting technology for potatoes and onions, we are growing internationally and building a professional, committed organisation. With a recently expanded sales team, we are looking for reinforcement "behind the scenes", someone who likes variety, cooperation and structure.

Core tasks and responsibilities

• Creation of new customers in the CRM system (Knight IQ).
• Preparation, processing and dispatch of quotations.
• Processing visit reports from account managers.
• Prepare and follow up on Sales & Marketing meetings.
• Digital follow-up of leads via e-mail, CRM or other systems.
• Assist in the preparation of customer meetings, trade shows and demos.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for an accurate, proactive and communicatively strong colleague who enjoys bringing structure to a dynamic environment. You work independently, but also enjoy working together, and feel at home in a support role in which you do a lot of switching between colleagues and systems.

You bring:

• MBO+ or HBO working and thinking level.
• Experience in administrative or commercial support.
• Experience with CRM or ERP systems (knowledge of Ridder IQ is a plus).
• Structured, independent and team-oriented working style.
• Good communication skills and solution-oriented thinking.
• Excellent command of Dutch and English, both oral and written.
• Proficiency in German and/or French is a strong plus.
