Business Analyst

You'll work within our IT team to support various departments by uncovering opportunities for improvement, whether it's unlocking cost savings, eliminating inefficiencies, or optimizing our processes. You'll dive deep into our data and collaborate closely with teams across the business to translate insights into solutions.

We'll give you the autonomy and trust to lead projects, the resources to keep learning, and the challenge of solving problems that matter. You'll be part of a tight-knit team of experts, all working toward the same goal: delivering cutting-edge solutions that support our growth and mission to inspire to ride.

What does this mean in practice?

Your job will include:

• Analyzing business processes and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Visualizing and interpreting complex data to support smarter decision-making.
• Gathering and defining requirements for new tools, processes, and applications.
• Acting as product owner for several business-critical applications.
• Coordinating software development and testing.
• Collaborate with external developers to create and maintain software solutions.
• Creating tools, processes, and work methods that improve business outcomes.
• Supporting cross-departmental projects with data-driven insights.
• Troubleshooting issues and ensuring smooth application functionality.
• Bridging communication between IT and business stakeholders.
• Monitoring developments in business intelligence and applying relevant trends.

This is a full-time position (40 hours per week, 32 hours negotiable). You will report to the Technology and Process Director.

Are you our ideal candidate?

You're passionate about tech and business, and you know how to translate one into the other. You're the kind of person who enjoys peeling back layers of data to find real meaning and actionable direction. You assess priorities with care, weighing what truly matters to the business. You're confident enough to push back when needed, while always staying constructive and collaborative. You're naturally curious about technology, especially AI. If you have experience with implemented solutions including RAG and MCP that is a big plus.

We expect:

• A degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration or computer science.
• Strong analytical thinking and a structured, problem-solving mindset.
• A natural curiosity for technology and process optimization.
• Confidence in visualizing and presenting clearly and convincingly.
• Excellent communication skills, in both English and Dutch.
• Experience in cross-functional teams and collaborative projects.
• A proactive approach and eagerness to take ownership.
• A genuine interest in continuous improvement and digital innovation.
• An affinity with motorcycle riding and the motorcycle branch is a definite plus.
