Turn data into decisions that move ships

As a Business Integration Analyst, you will help translate complex information into clear, actionable insights. You will work with market signals, operational data and innovation trends to build models that support smarter, faster decisions. You will be using modern analytics tools to help us improve efficiency, explore scenarios and strengthen our operations.

Key responsibilities:

• Gather and qualify relevant data to support decision-making

• Analyse and model datasets from different parts of the company

• Identify key variables, trends, relationships and constraints

• Build and run simulation models to compare scenarios and recommend actions

• Implement models and evaluate their outcomes

• Visualise and present insights to management and project teams

Qualifications:

• A degree in Mathematical Sciences or a similar field

• Strong foundations in probability, statistics, optimisation and numerical methods

• Skills in tools such as Python, SQL, C++, Matlab, relational or vector databases, or R.

• A proactive, analytical mindset with attention to detail

• Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach

• Curiosity to learn about the maritime industry and grow within it
