Lead Maintenance Technician

At our Breda site, medicines are labeled, assembled, packed, stored, and shipped to destinations across the globe. What you will do

Feel the impact of your work-every shift. Are you a maintenance professional who enjoys coordinating and helping others grow? In this role, you will still work with your hands, but you'll also be the go-to person for your shift. You will plan the work, support and mentor your colleagues, and help keep operations running efficiently by collaborating closely with our manufacturing, quality and engineering team. If you're ready to take the next step-without stepping away from the action-this role is for you.

What you'll do

• Be the backbone during your shift - Coordinate and guide maintenance tasks (troubleshooting, projects, corrective and preventive jobs) in collaboration with the other technicians in the shift.
• Lead by example - Stay active on the floor while supporting your shift through technical challenges.
• Grow into leadership - Organize meetings, lead shift handovers, and mentor technicians to reach their full potential.
• Be the link - Connect with the Maintenance Manager and work closely with the production, quality and engineering teams.
• Think ahead - Contribute to planning and improvements. Spot and solve recurring technical issues in collaboration with the engineers.

What we expect of you

Your unique maintenance expertise and organizational skills will enable you to support the maintenance team. To thrive in this role, you'll need:

• MBO+ level (via education or work experience) and technical knowledge in electrical, mechanical, pneumatics and fine mechatronics.
• 5+ years in a maintenance environment, preferably GMP.
• Proven experience leading and / or coaching maintenance technicians.
• Skilled in troubleshooting and root cause analysis (RCA, ATS, FMEA).
• Fluent in English (written & spoken).
• Comfortable with CMMS systems (Maximo or SAP) and OEE data analyses.
• Willing to work in shifts. Currently the maintenance team works in a 3-shift roster.
