Project manager

With at least 5 years of experience, preferably in finishing, and an MBO+ or HBO Architecture background, Brecon Cleanroom Systems offers you the chance to bring your knowledge and passion together. Tasks:

In this position, as an independent project leader in a medium-sized team, you will provide operational leadership to the entire executive team and any subcontractors. During the construction process, you will also liaise with the client.

Specific tasks:

• Ensures financial monitoring and settlement of projects.
• Supervises the executive staff, such that the staff is qualified to perform the work ( e.g. by conducting Toolbox meetings).
• Carries out work planning and coordination for projects, such that work is carried out according to quality criteria and all EHSQ conditions, and that work is carried out according to schedule.

Reports to the Brecon Group technical director. Has responsibility for the entire execution process from taking over work preparation to delivery.

Job requirements

• Education HBO construction engineering or equivalent through work experience.
• Practical experience in execution regarding finishing-related work.
• Knowledge of MS-Office: Word, Excel and MS-Projects.
• Knowledge of the English language in word and writing is necessary.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Customer focus.
• Performance-oriented work attitude: making high demands on one's own work.
