OUR CARE OFFER

We are a diagnostics and treatment center (BGGZ / SGGZ) in Rotterdam and offer psychological assistance for various complaints. You can contact various types of (neuro) psychologists at short notice, we work without an intake and treatment waiting list. We do everything we can to put you back in your power quickly.

MiSi Neuropsy is a recognized institution and is listed in the 'General Data Management Healthcare Providers' register (AGB: 22227546). In this way we are recognizable to all Dutch health insurers as an institution for mental health care. MiSi NeuroPsy is also legally recognized as permitted under the Healthcare Institutions Permission Act (WTZI).

You are central to us

The match between the practitioner and you is central. You can choose from practitioners of various ages, male / female, cultural backgrounds and practitioners who speak a language other than Dutch. We work as practitioners (neuro) psychologists, youth psychologists, medical psychologists, Gz psychologists and a Psychotherapist / Clinical Psychologist.

  • Onze organisatie

    Wij zijn een enthousiaste/innoverende organisatie welke voornamelijk Mono en soms Multi GGZ-zorg levert in het centrum van Rotterdam. Wij leveren laagdrempelige, hoogwaardige zorg (diagnostiek en behandeling) waarbij de patiënt centraal staat, en waarbij oog is voor de diversiteit in de achtergrond van de patiënt (linguïstische, psychosociale, religieuze en culturele achtergrond).

    Wat zoeken wij

    Ben jij graag het visitekaartje van het bedrijf en vind je het leuk om contact met mensen te hebben? In deze functie voor minimaal 24 uur per week (vaste dagen zijn maandag en woensdag) kun jij je ei kwijt! Als front-office medewerker ben je aanpreekpunt voor iedereen die binnenkomt, zowel op het kantoor, maar ook aan de telefoon. Je staat mensen vriendelijk te woord en bent onder andere verantwoordelijk voor het maken en verzetten van afspraken.

    De werkzaamheden

    • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor patiënten, zowel aan de balie als aan de telefoon
    • Je ontvangt patiënten
    • Je draagt zorg voor het oplossen van diverse vragen
    • Maken van (vervolg) afspraken
    • Je verricht diverse ondersteunende administratieve werkzaamheden
    • In orde houden van de ontvangstruimte

    Wat vragen wij

    • Je wordt blij om mensen te helpen en straalt dit ook uit
    • Een afgeronde MBO opleiding (administratief / secretarieel)
    • Je hebt werkervaring als front-office medewerker / telefoniste / receptioniste
    • Beheersen van de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift
    • Je kunt goed overweg met MS Office
    • Je werkt netjes en gestructureerd
    • Je hebt goede communicatieve vaardigheden, bent klant- en servicegericht en stressbestendig

    Wat bieden wij

    Een fijne werkplek in een enthousiast en kleinschalig warm team in het centrum van Rotterdam. De arbeidsvoorwaarden en het salaris zijn overeenkomstig met de CAO GGZ (schaal 25). Het aantal uren is in overleg (minimaal 24uur, vaste dagen maandag en woensdag).

    Our organization

    We are an ambitious enthusiastic organization that mainly provides BGGZ and SGGZ care in the heart of Rotterdam (we are diagonally opposite the central station). We provide low-threshold, high-quality care (diagnostics and treatment) in which the patient is central, and with an eye for diversity in the patient's background (linguistic, psychosocial, religious and cultural background). We offer high-level diagnostics and treatment with scientific rigor, mainly in the field of trauma and personality problems, neurocognitive function and development disorders and mood problems (uni- and bipolar). We do this for children, adolescents, adults and the elderly. The form of our care is primarily supplemented face-to-face with e-health modules, but certainly also (partly) screen-to-screen through a smartphone application (registrations and assignments).

    What do we offer

    A great workplace in an enthusiastic and small-scale warm team in the center of Rotterdam. The terms of employment and salary are in accordance with the GGZ CAO. The number of hours is in consultation (from 8 am) mainly also depends on your wishes and abilities.

    What do we ask

    To be able to treat psychotherapeutically in Arabic

    You have completed a master's degree in clinical (neuro) psychology or remedial education

    You can work independently and have a visible passion for your profession

    You are decisive, resistant to stress, creative and able to set priorities

    Psychodiagnostic skills are a pre (BAPD) but not a requirement

    You are ambitious to want to grow in your competence and competence
