Position: notary public / notary clerk

We have room for an experienced notary assistant / notary clerk. The work is mainly in the field of real estate and family law. Full case handling is part of your responsibility.

Job duties include:

• Creating and independently settling files;
• Preparation of notarized deeds and settlements;
• Making correspondence and telephone calls; and
• other common duties.

• able to work independently to a high degree, but certainly helpful to colleagues;
• Excellent file management (proactive, structured and accurate);
• Be able to "think along" with the client (client-centered);
