Wat ga je doen?

As a Trainee CRM Consultant, you will be trained to advise and support customers in the use of Salesforce. As a consultant, you will be involved in setting up, optimising and automating sales and service processes on a daily basis. You translate the customer's business processes into an IT process, finding a suitable solution by thinking out-of-the-box. You are in direct contact with the customer, so together you build an improved CRM environment.

• You have a completed HBO or WO education.
• An education in IT is not necessary, but you do have an affinity with IT, marketing and/or e-commerce;
• You are interested in optimising business processes;
• You enjoy advising and inspiring customers;
• You have full command of the Dutch language and can express yourself well in English;
• You live in the Groningen area.
