Salesforce Consultant - NL Based

Join our client, a big telecom company in Rotterdam, as a Junior Salesforce Consultant and play a crucial role in enhancing their Sales Cloud and Account Engagement/Pardot initiatives. We're looking for someone who thrives on operational tasks, problem analysis, and providing innovative solutions. As the primary contact for business stakeholders, you'll enjoy the autonomy to tackle challenges head-on and contribute to exciting migrations, including their upcoming transition to Marketing Cloud Advanced.

In this position, you'll work closely with the development team, providing operational support, facilitating communication, and conducting thorough analysis of incoming requests. Your ability to pinpoint bottlenecks and streamline processes will elevate the platform and drive efficiency. • Assist stakeholders with requests related to Sales Cloud and Account Engagement/Pardot.
• Conduct operational support and perform bottleneck analysis.
• Log, categorize, and prioritize incoming requests using a structured ticketing system (e.g., ServiceNow).
• Analyze requests to identify and document bottlenecks and recurring issues through root cause analysis.
• Prepare actionable reports or dashboards for the development team, ensuring clarity and prioritization of issues.
• Attend regular meetings with developers to discuss progress on resolving bottlenecks and refine processes.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate closely with the development team, surfacing operational challenges backed by documentation and data.
• Communicate information through structured reports, sync meetings, and shared documentation platforms.
• Track the progress of reported issues, updating the team on resolutions and process improvements.

• 1 to 2 years of working experience in a salesforce consultant or similar role.
• Salesforce Administrator and/or Developer certification.
• Prior experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Experience in serving various business stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze functional requirements, identify obstacles, and propose alternative solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong social skills for effective collaboration and coordination with teams and departments.
• Enjoy working collaboratively with colleagues in a team environment.
• Familiarity with Account Engagement/Pardot is a plus.

A nice assignment in Rotterdam for one year, for 37 hours per week. In this role, you can either work as a ZZP'er with an hourly rate of € 70 - € 75, or you can be employed via us under a flexible contract, for a salary that ranges from € 4500 to € 5500 gross per month (based on 40 hours per week). Please note that in order to be considered for this role, you need to be based in the Netherlands and fully eligible to work.
