    Alliance Partner Manager (fulltime)

    The position

    To further strengthen our Business Improvement & Development (BI&D) department, we are looking for an Alliance Partner Manager. In this pivotal role, you will build, maintain, and optimize strategic partnerships that support Spirotech's commercial ambitions. You act as the linking pin between our external partners and internal stakeholders across Marketing, Product Management, Business Management, and Sales. You translate strategic opportunities into operational execution and ensure that collaboration delivers measurable business value.

    Key responsibilities in this role

    Strategy

    • Develop and implement a comprehensive alliance and partner strategy aligned with company objectives.
    • Identify, assess, and onboard new strategic partners.
    • Drive the development of partner ecosystems.
    • Translate market trends into strategic recommendations.

    Execution & Enablement

    • Support partners with tools, information, and systems.
    • Translate strategy into annual and quarterly execution plans.
    • Coordinate joint business development activities.
    • Facilitate partner onboarding.
    • Monitor initiatives for progress and measurable outcomes.

    Relationship Management

    • Serve as primary point of contact for strategic partners.
    • Strengthen long-term relationships.
    • Negotiate contracts, SLAs, and commercial terms.
    • Support Key Account Management and Business Managers.

    Data, Reporting & Monitoring

    • Monitor partner KPIs.
    • Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports.
    • Improve CRM reporting structures.
    • Identify risks and opportunities.

    Process Optimization

    • Identify improvement opportunities.
    • Enhance efficiency and consistency.
    • Contribute to cross‑departmental workflow improvements.

    Profile

    You are an energetic and strategically strong professional with experience in partnership or alliance management, business development, or a comparable role. You are a confident communicator, relationship builder, and trusted sparring partner. You work independently, balance strategic and operational work, and maintain oversight in a dynamic environment.
