As an IT Support Specialist at First Impression, you are the go-to expert in IT and AV. You ensure that our digital experiences run flawlessly at all times, from digital signage to interactive installations.

What will you do as an IT Support Specialist?

Your tasks will include:

• Installing and configuring hardware and software for audiovisual projects to ensure optimal performance.
• Identifying and resolving IT and AV technical issues, both hardware- and software-related.
• Performing regular system and application checks and patching to ensure the stability of our digital signage solutions.
• Implementing security measures and safeguarding secure data storage and transfer, with specific attention to AV-related content.
• Spotting improvement opportunities and contributing to the structural optimisation of our technical environment.

You are an enthusiastic and proactive professional with a strong sense of responsibility. You enjoy unraveling problems, think in solutions, and gain energy from helping colleagues and clients.

You also bring:

• Knowledge of network management, system administration, and security.
• A structured way of working and a hands-on mentality.
• Proven experience in IT support or system administration.
• A minimum of MBO4+ level of working and thinking, supported by relevant certifications.
