As an operator in the Liquid Compounding department, you will play a key role in ensuring the precise preparation of raw materials for our production process. Using a mobile station equipped with a computer and scale, you’ll work with a variety of ingredients to create high-quality products that are used in food, cosmetics, cleaning agents, and perfumes worldwide.

What You Will Do:

• Gathering: raw materials based on specific recipes using a mobile station with integrated tools.
• Weighing: and processing raw materials with precision to meet exact specifications for each order.
• Maintaining: a clean, safe, and organized workspace during all stages of production.
• Following: established procedures and quality standards to ensure efficient and safe production.
• Collaborating: with colleagues to ensure smooth operations and adherence to production schedules.

• Gross hourly wage €17.91 (excl. shift allowance);
• Temporary contract with the prospect of a permanent position.
• Full-time role, 38–40 hours per week.
• 20.5% shift allowance for working in a 3-shift system.
• Travel reimbursement of €0.21 per kilometer.
• Pension accrual starting from your first workweek.

Functie-eisen

• Good command of Dutch and/or English (minimum B1 level)
• Willing to work in a 3-shift schedule
• At least 2 years of experience as a production worker or (assistant) operator
• Accurate, safety-conscious, and reliable
• Comfortable working with scented materials
• Physically fit, proactive, and a true team player
