At Van der Valk Hotel Eindhoven we have a position available as Shift Leader of our hotel bar: Ozzo Food & Drinks.

OZZO Food & Drinks is the exclusive, trendy hotel bar of Van der Valk Hotel Eindhoven. In addition to delicious cocktails, guests can also enjoy delicious fresh sushi dishes, a spicy curry or a tender steak! As a hotel bar shift leader, you and the rest of the team are responsible for exceeding the expectations of the guests and ensuring a successful evening. You are the face of the hotel bar, you speak to our guests and support guests where necessary during their stay.

WHAT CAN A WORKING DAY BRING YOU?

• You 'mix & match' the right ingredients to serve both classic and innovative drinks;

• You maintain excellent contact with our hotel guests in different languages;

• You are a hands-on manager;

• Coaching and motivating employees;

• Improving product knowledge within the team;

• Following guidelines regarding safety, occupational health and safety, hygiene and HACCP;

• Coordinating the back office and keeping the warehouses tightly;

• Proactively thinker with ideas to improve the service.

Job requirements

• Honest, flexible and stress-resistant;

• You have relevant catering experience;

• You have a hands-on mentality;

• You master the English language. / And you are willing to learn Dutch.
