About the role

We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented FP&A Analyst to join our Finance team.

In this role, you'll be a key player in driving financial visibility, improving decision-making, and supporting KidsKonnect's growth trajectory through robust reporting, forecasting, and strategic analysis.

You'll collaborate closely with Finance, Data, Sales, and Operations, turning complex data into actionable insights that shape our strategy and success.

What you'll do:

• Prepare and deliver accurate monthly financial reporting and performance analyses;

• Support the annual budgeting process and rolling forecasts, ensuring alignment with strategic goals;

• Conduct scenario and sensitivity analyses to inform strategic decisions;

• Partner with business units on financial planning, variance analysis, and ad-hoc modeling;

• Analyze and interpret core SaaS metrics (ARR, MRR, CAC, LTV, churn) to drive insight;

• Build and enhance financial models and planning tools for scalable growth;

• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure data integrity and impactful reporting;

• Leverage ERP systems, SQL, and BI tools (e.g., Power BI) for data extraction and visualization;

• Continuously improve internal financial processes, systems, and reporting frameworks.
