Who we are

First Impression designs, develops and implements audiovisual concepts and solutions. We digitize physical spaces by combining digital signage and audiovisual technology with (interactive) content. What will you do as a Senior Accountmanager Experience Spaces?

At First Impression, we create Experience Spaces for leading brands across various industries. Spaces where audiovisual technology, digital signage, and interactive content come together to tell stories, stimulate the senses, and make a real impact. From strategy and concept to design, execution, and content creation - we guide our clients from A to Z.

As a Senior Accountmanager Experience Spaces , you are the go-to person for our clients in this segment. You know how to sell ideas and thrive on building and maintaining long-term client relationships. You will:

• Sell innovative AV solutions that inspire our clients across the Benelux. You actively acquire new projects within the Experience Spaces segment and know exactly how to turn creative concepts into commercial opportunities.
• Advise and inspire. As an expert in integrated audiovisual solutions, you think alongside our clients, inspire them with creative possibilities, and provide expert advice.
• Enhance client satisfaction. From the first contact to delivery and beyond, you ensure an exceptional client experience and take care of every detail.
• Provide input for projects. You gather and organize the right information for our project managers and ensure a seamless handover to our service team.
• Spot commercial opportunities. You identify where new business can be found and proactively approach prospects to expand our impact.
• Represent First Impression at both internal and external events, where you bring our brand values to life with your energy and persuasive communication.
• Build relationships. You maintain contact with existing clients while also developing a strong network of new relationships.
• Report clearly and concretely. You keep an overview and communicate progress, financials, and quality clearly within your projects.

It's all about (your) experience

We're looking for someone who is results-driven and experience-focused. Someone who can combine commercial skills with subject-matter knowledge and genuine engagement.

You:

• Are a motivated deal-closer with commercial flair.
• Have proven experience in AV and experience marketing.
• Think at a higher professional (bachelor's) level.
• Are client-focused, persuasive, and highly empathetic.
• Easily switch between strategy and execution.
• Speak and write fluent Dutch and English.
• Have a flexible mindset and easily adapt to different situations and conversation partners.
