About the role

We are looking for a Junior Finance Admin to strengthen our finance team for a fixed period of one year. In this role, you will contribute to maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records and support various accounting processes. You will be responsible for processing and reviewing financial transactions and assisting with monthly closing activities. This is the perfect opportunity for you to gain first experience and kick off your career as a Finance Professional.

We ask you to

• Process bank statements in the financial administration.
• Accounts receivable management: preparing sales invoices, processing customer payments and monitoring outstanding balances.
• Accounts payable management: processing and paying supplier invoices.
• Prepare reconciliations and specifications of balance sheet accounts.

This is you

• A bachelor's degree (HBO level) in Business Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• You're just getting started with 0 to 2 years of practical experience in finance, accounting or a related role.
• Affinity with financial processes and administration.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and English.
• Reliable, eager to learn, coachable and able to work in a small team where collaboration and sharing knowledge matter.
