Are you eager to learn, organized, and driven to provide optimal customer support? We are looking for reinforcement for our Customer Support Logistics team in the Helmond area. In this role, you will work closely with colleagues from logistics and sales, manage orders from A to Z, and maintain contact with customers and suppliers. You will have the opportunity to learn all aspects of logistics and customer support, from transport planning to optimizing internal processes, and further develop yourself within a dynamic and technically oriented company.

Job Description

In this versatile role, you will be responsible for:

• Maintaining contact with customers and suppliers.

• Following up on orders from A to Z.

• Processing administration in the ERP system (Navision).

• Coordinating internal communication regarding factory performance, costs, and margins.

• Planning transport for incoming and outgoing goods.

• Managing contracts with carriers.

• Optimizing internal logistics processes.

• Purchasing office supplies.

• Supporting various logistical tasks.
