We’re looking for an energetic and organized Administrative Assistant to join the team! In this brand-new role, you’ll support the Transport Planner and keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll be the go-to person for answering questions from our drivers and handling essential admin tasks in Excel.

With over 100 drivers, 80 of whom are from the Philippines, clear communication is key. That’s why speaking Filipino is a must for this position. This role can be fulfilled between 24 and 32 hours per week, and you will receive a salary between € 2.600,- and € 2.800,- gross per month based on a full-time contract.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the Transport Planner
• Answer questions from drivers, primarily Filipino nationals
• Maintain and update records in Excel
• Assist with day-to-day transport-related administrative tasks

Functie-eisen

• Fluent in Filipino and English (Dutch is a plus, but not required)
