In this position, you assist customers with sending and collecting parcels, ensure smooth service, and represent DHL in a professional and friendly way. What You Will Do?

As a Front Desk Associate at DHL, you are the first point of contact for customers. Your responsibilities include:

• Receiving, processing, and handing over parcels

• Assisting customers and answering their questions

• ️ Administrative tasks such as registering, labeling, and scanning

• Providing information about rates, delivery times, and services

• Maintaining a clean and organized front desk area
