The Client Development and Marketing Manager will contribute to shaping and delivering the strategy to strengthen the firm's market position and deepen key client relationships across the region. Working with partners and international teams, you will support high impact business development efforts that increase visibility and drive growth.

Description

  • Provide guidance to key partners on identifying priority clients, enhancing their professional visibility, and pursuing new business opportunities. Lead the development, delivery, and evaluation of marketing and business development initiatives that strengthen the organisation's presence within the Benelux market.
  • Create quality materials for clients, including tailored presentations, proposals, and pitch documentation.
  • Maintain and improve the accuracy and relevance of capability statements, experience repositories, and other marketing collateral used across the business.
  • Coordinate and execute digital and in‑person campaigns, such as social media activity, website updates, events, and webinars.
  • Work closely with international colleagues to adapt and implement global campaigns for the Benelux audience.
  • Oversee the preparation and submission process for legal directories and industry awards.

Profile

  • 2-5 years of experience in marketing and business development in a professional services environment with an international presence
  • Proven track record in supporting or executing marketing strategies, campaigns, events, thought leadership activities, and business development projects
  • Solid project management capabilities, with the ability to prioritise tasks that generate measurable business impact
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in both Dutch and English
  • Strong eye for detail while maintaining a strategic, big-picture perspective
  • Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to gain trust and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Self-starter with an enthusiastic, proactive approach and a solution-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable working both autonomously and collaboratively across local and global teams
