Business Development Manager
As a Business Development Manager, you'll play a key role in strengthening our market position and building valuable relationships with customers and partners. You have a keen eye for market opportunities and know how to translate them into concrete actions. Your strategic and commercial skills will contribute to achieving our growth objectives.
In this role, you'll work with an enthusiastic team of professionals from various disciplines. You'll contribute to strategy development, support clients in making important decisions, and help us further position our company in the market.
With your proactive attitude and ability to effectively address both opportunities and challenges, you are a key driving force behind the success of our organization.
Vacature Match Plan Business Development Manager
What are you going to do?
Market analysis
: You'll research trends, developments, and opportunities within specific sectors and regions. Based on your insights, you'll develop plans to further expand our market position and reach relevant target groups.
Lead generation
: You develop targeted strategies to approach entrepreneurs who need support with strategic decisions. You use CRM systems to identify potential customers and build relationships.
Relationship management
: You develop and maintain strong relationships with entrepreneurs, investors, and partners. You act as a trusted advisor and, through your approach, achieve long-term collaborations.
Strategic plans
: You'll develop and implement targeted business plans to further strengthen and expand our services, taking changing needs and market conditions into account.
Setting up collaborations
: You'll identify partnership opportunities and guide them from initial contact to successful collaboration. You'll ensure these relationships align with our long-term strategy.
Target group analysis
: You conduct thorough analyses of customer needs and market trends to better understand entrepreneurs. This provides valuable insights that contribute to targeted strategies and solutions.
Results analysis
: You evaluate your efforts and campaigns based on clear KPIs such as customer engagement, revenue growth, and lead conversion. Based on these insights, you optimize processes and strategies.
- A completed HBO/WO education, preferably in a commercial, business or economics direction.
- Experience in a similar position, for example in a commercial or advisory role.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- A proactive, solution-oriented attitude and an eye for detail.
- Experience with CRM systems and an affinity with data analysis.
- Knowledge of business and financial processes (advantage).
- A strong network and the ability to identify and seize opportunities.
