Do you know what it takes to build strong relationships with our clients? Then we are looking for you. As a Director Consulting Expert AI & Data at CGI you will make the difference and grow with us.

Key Responsibilities

As a Director Consulting Expert (DCE) you are a trusted advisor for our clients and based on your thought leadership, you ensure the intrinsic positioning of CGI with our clients. You help them with business issues and translate these into optimal, cost efficient solutions and digital transformation roadmap(s). You will develop strong client relationships and expand them to further showcase CGI expertise. You will shape this from assignments with our clients.

With your vision on the most important industry, market & business themes and the relevant AI & Data solutions you know how to link the services of CGI to our clients challenges. You drive innovative initiatives and actively share your industry knowledge with colleagues. You will produce publications, white papers and blogs and represent CGI during (online) events and public appearances where you will share your vision as part of the strategic journey that CGI wants to pursue with the client that connects to relevant themes, issues and challenges.

You are a true team player who is able to engage our consultants in current developments and involve them in developing client relationships and business development opportunities. As a director consulting expert, you are the point of contact for CGI professionals to develop their subject matter expertise. You will be part of the unit's Leadership Team and will have more than enough opportunities to grow within CGI.

What makes you the ideal candidate

You follow the business and technological developments within the sector closely and you are capable of translating that to business and practical use cases. You have excellent communication skills and a strong ability to convince customers and colleagues to commit to your ideas. In addition you have:

• A completed HBO/WO education;

• At least 10 years of experience within the AI & Data domain concerning business and IT solutions;

• You have experience in advising external consulting, service and/or technology organizations;

• You have proven client and vendor relationships and are skilled at driving the consulting agenda;

• Experience developing concepts e/o propositions in the area of digitization and new technology;

• Experience initiating innovation and value propositions;

• Experience in project delivery;

• Experience with Advanced Analytics, artificial intelligence, machine learning e/o other technologies;

• Excellent knowledge of the Dutch and English languages.
