    Prime Care Clinics is a rapidly growing clinic group with two brands: Soap and Fairday Clinics. We operate from our Amsterdam headquarters at Willemsparkweg 63.

    Prime Care Clinics is financed by private equity partner Vendis Capital, demonstrating our strong growth trajectory through buy-and-build strategies. To successfully integrate businesses, we are developing a single IT architecture for all locations, and data insights will become the primary way to manage our business. Our Digital Data & CRM specialist plays a key role in this, providing a single, scalable data and systems landscape with reliable dashboards, consistent definitions, robust tracking, and a CRM system. that email centrally manages marketing and patient communications.

    You will work in a close-knit Digital Team and closely with the Chief Digital Officer.

    About the position

    The Digital Data & CRM Specialist ensures Prime Care Clinics can scale data-driven. You will contribute to business intelligence, dashboards, and KPI management for Soap and Fairday Clinics. You will help select and configure the CRM landscape and integrate email marketing into the CRM with flows, audiences, and business intelligence. Logic. From a data and systems perspective, you will support acquisition integrations and ensure that tracking and consent are future-proof and compliant. You will also be a versatile force for everything related to data and system design, making this an entrepreneurial role with plenty of room for autonomy. Furthermore, you will play a key role in the broader deployment of AI within the company.

    Responsibilities

    Business intelligence and dashboards

    • Expanding the BI landscape and dashboards for Soap and Fairday Clinics.
    • Develop KPI definitions, data models, reporting standards and quality.
    • Manage data sources from marketing, sales, operations, finance, and the patient journey.

    CRM selection and setup

    • Support with the CRM selection process and implementation support.
    • Setting up CRM: structure, data fields, integrations, user roles.
    • Transitioning from Klaviyo and separate email tools to CRM-driven communication.
    • Campaign tagging, conversion events, attribution setup.
    • Performance analysis and optimization input for marketing.

    System management, security and data safety support

    • Supporting data security with basic principles and access control.
    • Incorporating acquisition companies into our environments and systems.
    • Implementing improvement initiatives with CDO and IT partners.

    Profile

    • Analytical, critical, precise, strong in structuring.
    • Technical hands-on, building and debugging in tools.
    • Comfort with rapid growth, change and acquisitions.
    • Ownership of data, systems and standards.
    • Stakeholder management across teams and levels.
    • Pragmatic approach with a focus on quality and scalability.

    Experience and education

    • 5+ years of experience in BI, analytics, CRM, marketing automation or system design.
    • University work and thinking level in data, business, computer science, econometrics, marketing tech or similar.
    • Dashboarding tools Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau or similar.
    • (pre) CRM implementations or migrations tool independent.
    • Email marketing flows, segmentation, audiences, lifecycle campaigns within CRM.
    • GA4, GTM, server side tagging experience.
    • Data integrations, API connections, and possibly ETL or ELT concepts.
