About the Internship

Are you interested in remote system monitoring and do you have an affinity with software, electronics, and data analysis? Then this internship is perfect for you. As an intern within the R&D team, you will work on a system for remotely monitoring engines, batteries, and other systems for industrial and maritime applications.

You will collaborate with R&D colleagues to equip the broad range of NPS products with this system developed by NPS, called IODA. This internship focuses on software optimisation and expanding functionalities. Additionally, there is a desire to develop a hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) system based on Python, to thoroughly test and validate these IODA systems.

What Will You Do?

• Software optimisation (C/C++)
• Integration with Microchip Studio
• Development of hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) test system in Python

What Do You Bring?

• HBO student in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or Electrical Engineering
• Experience with programming (preference for C/C++ and Python)
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Affinity with technical products and B2B environments
• Proactive attitude and able to work independently
