Key Responsibilities:

• Quality Monitoring: Overseeing production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Performance Analysis: Examining test yields, scrap rates, and Cost of Poor Quality to maintain efficiency.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Gathering feedback from stakeholders to identify opportunities for product and process improvements.
• Progress Tracking: Monitoring the advancement of improvement initiatives and ensuring they stay on track.
• Effectiveness Verification: Assessing the impact of implemented changes using statistical data and analysis.

Profile

• BSc or MSc in Electrical engineering, Mechanical engineering, Industrial Engineering, Applied Physics or related technical education.

• Relevant experience in manufacturing quality.

• Experience with Root Cause Analysis methodologies (8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa).

• Critical Thinking: You analyze complex problems, uncover root causes, and develop effective solutions.

• Proactive Mindset: You anticipate challenges, take initiative, and drive improvements before issues arise.

• Strong Communication: You connect teams, share insights clearly, and influence stakeholders to embrace quality.

• English mandatory, Dutch preferred.
