We are looking for an HR Advisor to strengthen our team

At AEGIR-Marine, the specialist in stern seal solutions and services for maritime propulsion systems, we are looking for an HR Advisor to strengthen our team. We are a trusted partner in the global shipping industry, with offices worldwide, including the Netherlands, Singapore, China, Australia, the USA, Panama, Dubai, and Namibia.

Your role

Are you a proactive and service-oriented HR professional who thrives on supporting colleagues and improving HR processes? Then this position might be perfect for you!

Alongside our customers, one thing truly stands at the heart of AEGIR-Marine: our people. Together with the HR team, you will ensure optimal support for our employees and managers. As an HR Advisor, you are the first point of contact for all HR-related questions and play a key role in the day-to-day HR operations within Europe. You will also support our international offices and actively contribute to optimizing HR processes and driving HR projects.

Your responsibilities include

• Answering HR-related questions and advising employees and managers, both reactively and proactively
• Supporting HR projects focused on process improvement and efficiency
• Optimizing HR processes and systems, with a focus on digitalization and user-friendliness
• Coordinating the recruitment process from vacancy to onboarding
• Managing and improving HR software
• Overseeing occupational health and absence management processes, in collaboration with our ARBO.

Your Profile

To be successful in this role, you are:

• A self-starting professional with 2-5 years of experience in an HR-related position
• Fluent in both Dutch and English
• Accurate, structured and an excellent communicator
• Skilled in HR systems with an affinity for process optimization

Salary indication: up to €4,250 (depending on experience)
