Internship: Talent Acquisition (HR Recruitment)

Sunweb Group is looking for an enthusiastic Talent Acquisition intern to join our People, Culture & Organization team. This is a work-along internship , where you become part of the team and gain hands-on experience; not a thesis assignment.

If you're excited about HR and want to learn how both Talent Acquisition and People Operations works in practice, this internship is for you!

Location: Rotterdam (Hybrid - 50% in office)

Start Date: September 2026

Availability : 32-40 hours

Duration: 5 months

Team: POC

In this internship, you will gain hands-on experience in both People Operations and Recruitment, working closely with specialists focused on Processes, People Analytics, Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition and broader HR topics such as Compensation & Benefits and Onboarding.

This is a unique opportunity to learn how HR and Recruitment works from A to Z while contributing your own ideas to help us attract, support, and engage our talented people.

What you bring

• You are currently an HBO or Bachelor student in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing & Communication, or a related field.

• You have a strong interest in HR and are curious to learn more about Recruitment.

• You are detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling multiple priorities.

• You are proactive, eager to learn, and not afraid to share your own ideas.

• You enjoy working with people and can build relationships across departments as well as with candidates.

• You are tech-savvy and comfortable working with HR systems and digital tools.

• You have good verbal and written communication skills in English (Dutch is a big plus).
