Talent Management Coordinator

Job Description

We are on the look-out for a Talent Management Coordinator to support our Talent Management function for the Netherlands and IHQ (both locations based in the Netherlands). The Talent Management function is part of our overall Talent team (Talent Acquisition and Talent Management). We are driving a best-in-class associate experience for the full Netherlands for all our talent processes and initiatives. To further enabling our functions growth-ambitions, this role plays a vital role.

Just some of your responsibilities:

• Supports the team members with their talent projects and talent processes (e.g. Performance process, Trainings, Engagement).
• Ensures the execution of the IHQ & NL On-boarding programs, including coordination with presenters and participants, location preparation, organization of factory visits or Experience Centre visit;
• Supporting the team with our Learning system and learning initiatives. This includes understanding best practices and looking into opportunities. As well co-organizing events on-site and online.
• Extracts reports from various systems and monitors relevant KPIs as requested by the team members.

Qualifications

We are looking for someonewith a drive for excellence. Someone that holds themselves accountable and doesn't shy away from responsibility. Given the nature of the role we feel it's important for you to have a certain level of experience with Talent Management and project management as well as a solid understanding of your own added value. We thrive in diverse teams and look for people that appreciate that as much as we do. We do, of course, take into consideration how much experience you have with Talent Management and Project Managementbut ultimately we look at the bigger picture.But to give you a bit of guidance as to what we feel is needed in this role, we'll share our "nice to have" list with you:

• Strong analytic skills, accurate - ability to analyze key data;
• Good level of MS Office and talent systems expertise;
• Project Management experience - manage and coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously that often represent competing priorities;
• Excellent English & Dutch language skills.
• Achievement orientation - high drive/ambition to succeed;
• A relevant University Degree.
