Technical and a true leader? Take responsibility for 15 colleagues, the logistics process, and quality in the evening shift.

• Ensure a smooth production process with a focus on quality;

• Lead an enthusiastic team and pitch in where needed;

• Keep the work floor safe and machines in top condition;

• Coordinate a smooth handover between day and evening shifts and handle digital orders.
